High-Temperature Resistance
The whole high-temperature resistance is 450°C so that it can easily print PEEK and other special engineering plastics. Highly polished, small adhesion, and high-wear resistance make it can meet the requirements of precise printing.
No Burr, Low Roughness
Special processing technology and post-treatment to ensure no burr in the orifice, brighter and cleaner inside the orifice, making the roughness of the inner hole less than Ra0.4.
Applicable Materials
Features wear resistance and high-temperature resistance, it is not only suitable for conventional materials but also materials containing carbon fiber, steel, wood, boron carbide, tungsten, phosphorescent pigments, and other grinding additives composite materials. Also, it can run smoothly with high-temperature materials that need omnidirectional printing.
